Next, our consultants will conduct a gap analysis of your organizations current state against accreditation requirements. From clinical documentation review to personnel records, we identify all areas of opportunity!
Plan of Support:
Don’t worry – once we identify the areas of opportunity, our consultants will provide a detailed plan of how to bring your organization into compliance. We’re happy to be as hands on as your team prefers in implementation of solutions, but regardless our deliverable is a written plan of correction.
Staff Training:
The survey process is a great opportunity for staff to showcase their exceptional clinical skills. Our consultants work with your staff to feel comfortable and confident prior to survey.
Mock Survey:
Once the plan of correction has been complete, our consultants will conduct a mock survey! This is a great opportunity for mistakes to be made and for leadership to ask questions.
Day-of-Survey Support:
Our consultants are happy to be as involved in your survey as you see fit! We provide virtual, as well as in-person services for day-of-survey.
Plan of Correction Support:
The survey may be over, but resolving and submitting your Plan of Correction to the accrediting body is the last step in receiving your accreditation. Our consultants not only provide guidance on navigating the process, but are happy to join your teams’ in solutioning!
Maintaining Readiness:
Our goal is to make maintaining your accreditation easy. Once the accreditation is received, our consultants will provide a document of recommendations for maintaining readiness, tailored to your organization and findings!
